As COVID-19 puts unimaginable stresses and weight on employees, contractors, and businesses, The Clarks Group’s number one priority is the health and safety of our employees and clients while continuing fluid operations.
The steps we are taking to protect and support our workforce in response to this pandemic:
Health and Safety of All Employees
The health and safety of everyone is the most crucial task. We are actively following health, safety, and travel guidelines established by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) along with local and regional health organizations and government agencies.
To minimize the community spread of COVID-19, we have moved all our office operations to work remotely. We are also working with clients to identify contracted roles that can work remotely.
Internal Business Operations
We will confidently be able to maintain critical business functions serving both our contractors and clients — including payroll, health, safety and other essential tasks —while providing the same level of service our customers have come to expect from us.
Client Requirements and Business Continuity
We are partnering closely with every client to understand the impact of COVID-19 on their daily operations and to support them as well as any additional staffing needs that may arise.
