We are searching for a Cad Designer with three plus years experience. The Cad Designer will prepare routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, and maintain information regarding changes to the database.

Responsibilities:

• Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex commercial projects
• Collaborate with others to establish timelines and budgets, as well as solve problems
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and systems for water supply and drains is a preferred skill for this role
• Ability to analyze data and come up with creative solutions for complex situations
• Keep up to date on engineering standards

Requirements:

• An associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
• BIM experience is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of software’s
• Ability to make decisions based on design
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, and engineering information
