Entry Level Administrative Assistant

The Clarks Group has a client needing an entry-level administrative assistant to support their management team in a busy Insurance and Financial office. To be successful in this role, you must have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, and once trained, they will be able to execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. (Temp to Hire)


  • Assist management/underwriters in processing new policies
  • Entering large amount of data into companies database
  • Issuing COI’s as needed
  • Answer customer service phone calls
  • Other clerical duties as assigned by manager


  • High School Diploma is required
  • At least two years of office experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to learn insurance products to answer customer service calls
  • Must be dependable and reliable

Other Details:

  • Job Type- Temp to Hire
  • Compensation- $15 an hour
  • Schedule- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
