
The Clarks Group has a client needing an entry-level administrative assistant to support their management team in a busy Insurance and Financial office. To be successful in this role, you must have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, and once trained, they will be able to execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. (Temp to Hire)
Responsibilities:
- Assist management/underwriters in processing new policies
- Entering large amount of data into companies database
- Issuing COI’s as needed
- Answer customer service phone calls
- Other clerical duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required
- At least two years of office experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to learn insurance products to answer customer service calls
- Must be dependable and reliable
