Executive Assistant

We have an immediate need for an experienced Senior Level Executive Assistant. Applicant must have five-plus years of experience directly supporting executive management (such as CEO, President, VP, or related levels), and be proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional duties will be preparing and editing correspondences, communications, presentations, and other documents, managing and maintaining executive calendar schedules, appointments/travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings and events. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to be proactive. This role will require excellent communication/engaging skills as it will entail high-volume interaction with influential stakeholders in the company.

Temporary to hire role, the ideal candidate will convert within three to four months.

Hourly pay will range from $28 to $30 an hour, DOE.
